Every time I think about putting away our winter clothes we come up with a forecast like this:
Rest of Today
Numerous rain showers. Windy...cooler. Highs in the upper 40s. Northwest winds 25 to 35 mph. Chance of showers 60 percent.
Tonight
Mostly cloudy in the evening then clearing. Windy... colder. Lows in the upper 20s. Northwest winds 20 to 30 mph with gusts to around 50 mph decreasing to 10 to 15 mph with gusts to around 30 mph after midnight.

Dear Lynn,
Andrew was chuckling last night as he was checking the blogs. I asked him what was so funny. He read your post to us and we all laughed.
We have been having this same problem. Finally yesterday I said, "We are getting the summer clothes down from the attic TODAY."
So, up went the ladder and down came the bags of warm-weather clothing. Within hours, it was SNOWING!
Waiting for Spring,
Dawn for the Bornemanns
PS. Thanks for the special sympathy card!
We too can relate, we've kept sweat shirts handy and when needed throw over t- shirts.
Our evening low night before last was sub zero with the added windchill! It's crazy to have to fire up the wood stove in May. Our extra wood supply is quickly dwindling*sigh* I guess it goes to show that you can never have enough wood!
Blessings from,
The Never Done Farm
