Monday, we (I guess I should say my husband with the help of a neighbor) will be butchering our 1st hog, ourselves. My husband is very much looking forward to the opportunity to learn how to do it. I am a little nervous. Thank you for a wonderful read!!
Have a wonderful weekend!!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-21282709.post-38715187557369348032008-02-04T04:55:00.000-08:002008-02-04T04:55:00.000-08:00Lynn,You'be been tagged on my blog today :)Blessin...Lynn,
You'be been tagged on my blog today :)
Blessings,
CheriTNfarmgirlhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18268277956987428197noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-21282709.post-85901236657956740552008-02-03T18:56:00.000-08:002008-02-03T18:56:00.000-08:00Thanks for all the comments! That last batch of lard I made was a darker color than the first, so I don't know what I did differently.Lynn Bartletthttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17435825858991342289noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-21282709.post-32905157631142555692008-02-03T14:40:00.000-08:002008-02-03T14:40:00.000-08:00Hi Lynn, Homemade fried donuts! Your last post on "ya might be in North Dakota" sure made me laugh. Kind of hit home. When my Mom lived down in Missouri she was constntly asked why there was a plug hanging out the front of her grill. Stay warm.

GuyGoodolboyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05233522757372416322noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-21282709.post-59614200838736753542008-02-02T13:33:00.000-08:002008-02-02T13:33:00.000-08:00Makes me hungry Lynn!!
